I recently began working with a local cafe in my hometown that I've been going to for years. My favorite part about The Chocolate Bar (aside from the insanely delicious Cuban Latte) is that they stand out. They have a good variety of offerings and character. I had the opportunity to capture some weekend coffee shop vibes and got a taste of what goes into keeping a rush of customers happy. And what I've learned is that it's not for the faint of heart but they make it seem like clockwork from where I was filming.
